Already growing?

You'll see the whole process speed up: seedlings come up fast and your young plants look amazing. If you sow new vegetables in empty patches, you'll see how much faster they grow now.

In short: harvest, sow again, and enjoy doing it in the sun!

Tips for June*

  1. Water regularly: in sunny and dry weather, ideally every day. Also, check just under the top layer of soil mix to see if it's still moist.
  2. Pick ripe vegetables on time and a lot. Harvest your patches completely so you can sow again. Everything grows really fast this month, so you'll see new plants popping up all the time.
  3. Watch out for snails: they love June too and will come out when it rains. And see those white butterflies? Those are cabbage whites. They like to lay their eggs on vegetables in the cabbage family. Their caterpillars are always hungry, so watch out for them too.
  4. Help out your climbing greens. Coax them up your trellis so they grow tall. Prune your tomato suckers and tie your climbing zucchini to the net.

* In a nutshell, just do what the Planty Gardening app says 😉 It's got all these tips and more.
