If your app is having trouble, it may be because the app has incorrect information stored in your cache.
Here's what you can do:

- Log out after installing
- Close the app
- Open the app and log in again
- Check if your operating system meets the minimum system requirements for our app.
⚠️: If you send a crash report, it won't help. The report goes straight to the Google Playstore, not to us.
