If your app is having trouble, it may be because the app has incorrect information stored in your cache.
Here's what you can do:

- Log out after installing
- Close the app
- Open the app and log in again
- Check if your operating system meets the minimum system requirements for our app.
⚠️: If you send a crash report, it won't help. The report goes straight to the Google Playstore, not to us.

Usually, that happens if your device is still running on Android 7.0. As soon as you update it to a later version, it will work.
The same goes for the iPhone and iPad: update your system to the latest version and it will work.

You need an internet connection to use the app. If your phone is on sleep or airplane mode you can't use it.
We also often see people trying to log in with a different email address than the one they used to create the account. So also try if you have used a different email address.

The solution: double-check the spelling, try another email address, or create a new account with your current email.
