Heat Today will be hot in the south of the Netherlands: up to 30 degrees! Check whether your reservoir is still full, whether the mix is still moist, shade vulnerable plants around midday, and wait with sowing until it cools down.

Please mention right away which device you're using, which operating system it runs on, whether you've installed the latest app update, and what exactly the problem is. Ideally, include a screenshot.

In November 2021 we switched to a better and more stable system. Unfortunately, it was impossible to move your vegetable garden from the old app to the new one. That's why we did it in autumn, not during peak season.
You'll need to add your raised beds to the app again and, if needed, add any plants that were still in them.
You can do that pretty quickly. In the frequently asked questions, the question 'How do I add a seedling or (almost) mature plant in the app?' explains how.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
You can try this:
- Check that you have the latest update
- After installing it, log out briefly
- Close the app
- Open the app and log in again
- Check whether your operating system meets the minimum system requirements for our app.
Please include which device you use, which operating system it runs on, whether you have installed the latest app update, and exactly what the problem is. A screenshot is ideal.
Then we will reply as soon as we can.
Note:
A crash report from the app is not useful, because it goes to the Google Play Store, not to us.
The same goes for the iPhone and iPad: update your system to the latest version and it will work.
We also often see people trying to log in with a different email address than the one they used to create the account. So also try if you have used a different email address.
The solution: double-check the spelling, try another email address, or create a new account with your current email.
Also, check the website. If you can log in there, the problem is with your mobile device.
