You can also send us your question or report an issue via the contact page. Please include which device you're using, the operating system, if you've installed the latest update of the app, and what exactly the problem is. Ideally, with a screenshot. We'll answer your question as soon as possible.

Here's what you can do:
- Check if you have the latest update
- Log out after installing
- Close the app
- Open the app and log in again
- Check if your operating system meets the minimum system requirements for our app.
The same goes for the iPhone and iPad: update your system to the latest version and it will work.
We also often see people trying to log in with a different email address than the one they used to create the account. So also try if you have used a different email address.
The solution: double-check the spelling, try another email address, or create a new account with your current email.
Also, check the website. If you can log in there, the problem is with your mobile device.
