Do you have to start your vegetable garden early in the year? I get that question a lot. Don't worry, with a Planty Garden you can start pretty much any time.

In a Makkelijke Moestuin, you sow in 30 x 30 cm squares instead of rows, placing each plant in the right position with the right spacing.

Heat Today will be hot in the south of the Netherlands: up to 29 degrees! Check whether your reservoir is still full, whether the mix is still moist, shade vulnerable plants around midday, and wait with sowing until it cools down.

Inspired by an enthusiastic friend, I started with the Makkelijke Moestuin in 2019, back then still in the car park of our old house with its small garden. Just in old apple crates! It was a huge success, so much harvest from those few little crates! My love for growing veg was born. We now have a spacious garden with plenty of room for a vegetable garden, but I still follow the MM principle, simply because it nearly always works and the children really enjoy seeing exactly what they need to do via the app. Because I have the space and there aren’t many sales points near us, I decided to offer the MM mix and feed myself at the very least.

Mijn man werkt in de buurt en is onderweg naar huis langs gereden voor de MM mix. Hij werd super vriendelijk geholpen door twee van de kinderen des huizes. Die hebben spierballen! Begreep ik van hem. Heel leuk om te zien hoe de kinderen meehelpen. Super dank voor deze service.
