Right of withdrawal
It's possible that a product you purchased from us isn't exactly what you wanted after all. You have the right to withdrawal. That means you can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the last item (from a single order).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you need to inform us - Planty Gardening (Planty.io World BV) - of your decision in an unambiguous written statement by mail or email.
We will then email you confirmation of your withdrawal as soon as possible. In the same email, we'll inform you how to return the item(s) and where to send them.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- items made to the customer's specifications (e.g. custom-made) or that are personal in nature
- items or services which by their nature cannot be returned (e.g. e-books or other digital downloads)
- pallets of soil mix, vermiculite, or compost. (This isn't our choice, but has to do with the RHP regulations for substrates and potting soils)
Effects of withdrawal
Once we have received your decision to withdraw, and you have received a confirmation email from us, you will send the item(s) back to us within the following 14 days. After that period, the right to withdrawal expires.
As soon as we have received the item(s) on time, in good condition, unused, and in their original packaging, you will be reimbursed for all payments that we received from you. This includes the original costs of delivering the item to you (unless you chose a means of delivery that incurred higher costs than our standard delivery option. Those costs will not be refunded).

You will be reimbursed through the same means of payment you used for the original purchase (e.g. Paypal, credit card, etc.) unless you expressly agree to another option. In any case, we will not charge you for a refund.
Returning items
In almost all cases, the costs of returning a purchased item are the customer's responsibility. However, if the reason for the return is because of an error made by Planty Gardening, the costs of returning said item(s) will be covered by us.
The item(s) must be returned to us complete and undamaged. Any damage to the product will be taken into account and may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If you have used the item(s), you will be responsible for the reduction in value of the item(s).
